The AMK Core Immunization Profile inherits from the FHIR Immunization resource; refer to it for scope and usage definitions. This profile sets minimum expectations for the Immunization resource to record, search, and fetch basic immunization information for an individual patient within the Nepal health system. It specifies which core elements, extensions, vocabularies, and value sets SHALL be present and constrains how the elements are used. By providing a standardized foundation for capturing immunization events in Nepal
The AMK Core MedicationDispense Profile inherits from the FHIR MedicationDispense resource; refer to it for scope and usage definitions. This profile sets minimum expectations for the MedicationDispense resource to record, search, and fetch information about medications dispensed to a patient within the Nepal health system. It specifies which core elements, extensions, vocabularies, and value sets SHALL be present and constrains how the elements are used.
Observation Profile
The AMK Core Patient Profile inherits from the FHIR Patient resource; refer to it for scope and usage definitions. This profile sets minimum expectations for the Patient resource to record, search, and fetch core patient information within the Nepal health system. It specifies which core elements, extensions, vocabularies, and value sets SHALL be present and constrains how the elements are used. By providing a standardized foundation for capturing patient demographics, identifiers, and key health attributes, this profile promotes interoperability, consistent data capture, and adoption across national health programs
The AMK Core Person Profile defines a standardized representation of a real-world individual within the Nepal health system. It supports identity resolution, demographic capture, and identity assurance across Patient, Practitioner, and RelatedPerson records. This profile enables reliable identity verification, deduplication, and interoperability across national digital health programs.

Minimal Binary profile for uploading and storing files in the Amakomaya system.
A profile for system-generated reminder tasks created by a mobile or web application (e.g., Amakomaya App). Supports reminders for ANC visits, immunization dates, medication reminders, and follow-up actions.
